INSPIRATION
Look for problems people have learned to tolerate: repeated tasks, confusing information, inaccessible systems, wasted resources, poor communication, preventable mistakes, or processes that still depend on awkward workarounds.
Do not begin by asking, “Where can we add AI?” Begin by asking, “What should work better?” Then determine whether AI or another technology is genuinely the right tool.
